Heat wave

We're in the middle of a heat wave here in NH. I decided to take T to a local splash park. She hated it & was really scared. I ended up holding her & walking through the sprinklers. She wouldn't let me put her down. I had fun anyway.

I used to love to run in the sprinklers when I was a little kid. In my own yard though, I never went to a park that had them. Glad you had fun anyways. Maybe T will grow to enjoy them as she gets older.

Aw this looks so fun! It looks just like the little splash area they had at the zoo I went to last week. :) And just think since your little one had you carry her you got to be a kid too for the time being!

Have a GREAT day!

What a great day! Isn't it amazing how, as moms, we plan these great days, but our kids don't always go with the really-fun program we've designed in our heads?

Looks like a lot of fun! :) So, what is a "heat wave" like in NH? I live in AZ, so our summers are very hot...

Thanks for stopping by my blog yesterday! :) I am sure your daughter would love a muffin tin meal... even if she doesn't eat the whole thing. My son still has never eaten the whole meal, since he just picks the foods that he likes... maybe he'll be a better eater when he's a little older. :)

Have a great day!

Ooh! Looks great! I love splash pads! No need to worry about swimming and we all feel cool! So what if I run through with them?
