Tasty Tuesday-Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti Casserole

Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti Casserole

INGREDIENTS:

• 4 cups cooked, chopped chicken (1 whole rotisserie chicken)
• 12-oz spaghetti, cooked and drained
• 2 (10.75-oz) cans Cream of Chicken soup (I used 98% fat free)
• 1/4 cup chicken broth
• 16-oz sour cream (I used light)
• 1 stick of butter, melted
• 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
• 1/4 cup dried parsley
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp ground pepper
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
• 1-1/2 to 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
• 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Combine first 12 ingredients. Spread into a lightly greased 9x13-inch dish (or 2 9x9-inch dishes). Top with cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs.
3. Bake uncovered for 45-60 minutes, until bubbly.

I just got this nail polish the other day from a fb group. It's a pretty green-turquoise. Wet n' Wild-Be More Pacific. In the bottle I think it looks turquoise, but on it looks more green.

Nail Files. Week # 320

This week I have on China Glaze-Rose Among Thorns. I love this color. It's more of a matte & I feel like Matttes chip more, plus China glaze chips like crazy anyway. I love their colors though.

12 years old

The Drama Queen turned 12 today. I can't believe that. I've really noticed a difference in her the past few months, I look at her & can't believe that she is the same kid. She's all grown up. She's the same height as me.

Friday Favorites

1.EOS shimmer- I got this EOS shimmer lip balm from 1 of my friends for my b-day. I love the flavor, but there is no info on the flavor. It's a sheer pink.

2.  Bear Naked Granola bites (coconut & cashew)-.These were so good. I bought them for camping, but my daughter found them & ate them all with my hubby. I had maybe 5 of them. I've been looking in the store for them, but I can't find them. I can't remember where I got them.

3. Cute kid- I found some cute photos on my daughter's instagram page. So I stole them.

4. Dad's birthday-My Dad turned 82 on 7/7. He came up to visit us. Birthdays are my fave. My closest family all has birthdays this time of year. Tara is the last 1 on 7/21.

5. The Beach-I love relaxing at the beach. I don't swim, but I love the peacefulness of hearing the waves.

Reading: "My (not so perfect) Life" by Sophie Kinsella. Still. It's over 400 pages long, so it's taking me a while. I only read a chapter a night, if I'm lucky.

Watching: Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion, Bachelorette & the Hills New Beginnings.

Choosing: Nail polish colors.

Celebrating: July Birthdays

Eager: For back to school.. If Tara will go to school.

Loving: Getting caught up on things since we went away last weekend.

Eating: Wattamelon roll from Friendlys.

Drinking: Lots of water.

Tomorrow is my Mom's birthday

My Mom passed away in April. Tomorrow is her b-day. The 1st time that her birthday came without her being here. I'm hoping to remember happy times & memories. Not be too sad & depressed. I know she is doing okay. The last few months before she died, she wasn't eating & lost a lot of weight. She could only have thickened water. Not a good life to be living. She kept saying that she wanted to sleep, that she couldn't sleep. Well now she is sleeping. I hope that she knows that I am thinking of her on her birthday.

I decided to wear a pale purple polish this weekend. My daughter said I could paint her nails light purple & white, so that made me get out a purple nail polish. It's by Pure ice-Sweet serenity. I lost my pointer nail yesterday.

Pet Peeves

I have the normal pet peeves like everyone else (cigerettes, liars, slow-walkers, slow-drivers, loud gum chewers etc...), but I thought I would try to think of some different pet peeves.

*Tangled jewelry
* Losing things (I'm really good at that).
*People who show up early, when you're hosting an event at your house.
*Kids swearing.
*People thinking that what they do is more important than what you do.
*Loud obnoxious people.
*The phone ringing.
*Texting someone & they never read it or reply.
*My hair turning white so fast. The sideburns especially.
