Spanks are not for me

I was at Target the other day & tried on a tank top by Spanx. It was so tight that I couldn't breathe. I've had other shapewear items, but they are always so tight that I can't stand it. Maybe that will help me start eating a little better knowing that I can't just buy a clothing item to hide my tummy. I had my daughter almost 4 years ago & my tummy is bigger than ever. At least Spring is on the way & we can start walking & getting more exercise.
