I started doing my yoga tape a few days ago. I've done it twice so far. I'm going to try to do it a few times a week. I looked for a class & e mailed someone about it, but never heard back from her & I think it would be too expensive anyway & I wouldn't be motivated enough to go all the time. I was doing pilates, that I love, but I think it might be bothering my back/neck more. So I might cut down on the pilates & do the yoga more often. I'd love to walk more too if it evers stops raining.
