Tips for Traveling When You Have Fibromyalgia

*Make sure that you pack a neck pillow. They have them at Five Below for $5 & they are pretty cute.
*Pack snacks from Home. You're probably going to eat worse, away on vacation, so try to pack some healthy snacks. For me it's usually gluten free, Kind bars or Food Should Taste Good tortilla chips.
*Bring heat packs, ice packs or pain patches. Most hotels have microwaves & fridges.
*Keep your pain meds with you & make sure you have enough.
*Bring warm socks & extra clothes, so you can dress in layers. My feet have been getting cold lately when I stand on my kitchen floor or stand on our floor down in the laundry room. Then I get really bad cramps.
*Try to not go to bed too late, but that's not always easy.
*Stay hydrated.
