Last month I did a freezer workshop with my friend Stephanie (who is a Tastefully Simple consultant). We made a bunch of different meals. We had this last weekend & it was our favorite out of all of them. Just in time for the holiday weekend. This would be a great recipe to make. We'll be making it a lot.
Savory Grilled Chicken

1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. Onion Onion™
1 Tbsp. Garlic Garlic™
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Juice from 1/2 lime
Serve it tonight: Place ingredients in a large resealable bag; marinate for 2-3 hours. Discard marinade; grill chicken to desired doneness. Makes 2-3 servings.
Serve it later: Place ingredients in a large resealable bag; freeze until ready to use. Thaw; grill to desired doneness.
