I've had the Winter blues lately. I already posted a blog about it recently. 1 of my friends suggested taking more vitamin D. I asked about it at the pharmacy today, but they said that I shouldn't take it along with a multivitamin. That just the mv should be enough. I just have no energy at all. I've been napping almost everyday or going to bed early. I'm sending some sunshine to you all. We're getting the heavy rain today that Cali had recently.

I get the winter blues as well, but I love winter, so it's odd for me. I've been doing extra exercise and it has helped my mood a lot. Good luck!
I read somewhere that you need about 2000 IUs of vitamin D. My multivitamin only has 400 so I take extra on top of it. I think it is helping me avoid the winter blues that I normally get.
