Free stuff rocks

I love free stuff. I got this bag from Vic secret free for signing up for their e mails. It has a $19.99 tag on it. Also got a sample lotion (down in the corner) from there too. The lotion is available till tomorrrow. It's Acai berry & magnolia.

Good day

Today I had a doc appointment & then went to Goodwill. I dropped of something & found this toy shopping cart for $1.99. I cleaned it up & it's in good shape.

I was driving around & found this apple orchard. I was so excited because I love these trees (& cherry blossoms). So I will go & get a ton of pics when they are blooming.

Colors

I know that everyone has favorite colors, but I just realized recently that I only wear blue, purple, pink & black & occasionally black, browngreen, gray & white. Okay, I guess that sounds like a lot, but since I started scrapbooking it made me realize that my background colors are mostly in purple's & pinks, to match my clothes. So I'm going to try to start buying other colors (no orange or yellow). Also most of Tara's clothes is given to her, so she mostly has pink & purple too. I'll buy her orange & yellow, just not me.

All you Magazine

I've seen this Magazine posted on other people's blogs. I finally bought 1 today. It's only sold @ Walmart & has a bunch of coupons in it. I paid $2.24 for it & it had a free Rimmel Sexy curve mascara coupon in it. So I got the mascara with the mag. The mascara was $6 something. There are more coupons I will use too. Also on the Walmart website you can sign up to get free samples.

Busy April

We have a lot going on this month. I signed Tara up for Storytime @ the local library. It starts next Monday for 5 weeks. Easter of course. A playdate here with our Mom group. Meeting my friend from Myspace. I've known her for almost 6 years. Anthony knew her from years ago & she knows tons of people that I know. She use to work with my ex-roomie & also knows 1 of my oldest friends & tons of other people. But we never met. Plus fleamarkets & I think we're going to the Kittery outlets soon & hopefully we'll have some nice weather & be able to get to the park.

Weekend

I hope everyone has a nice weekend. Not sure how our plans will go since it's suppose to rain. Tomorrow we have the Easter egg hunt, so we might not go if it's raining. Then A is going to a hockey game with his friends tomorrow night. I think T & I will do some fun girlie things. Still trying to figure out what exactly we'll do. Maybe do some baking or go to McDonald's & get her a parfait & me a hot fudge sundae. Not sure yet.

Sick of watching the news

There's always so many bad things going on in the news. I'm sick of watching it. I saw a story tonight on the news of a Mom trying to stab her 2 year old daughter to death in the laundry room of their apt building. There was a 911 call & you could hear her yelling Die Die Die. It was horrible. I only put the news on to see the weather. The little girl is in the hospital & hopefully will be okay. I really need to hear some good news. So if anyone has some happy news or happy stories to share with me, that would really make me happy.

Middle names

I've been thinking about middle names lately. I'll just say that mine starts with an M & I don't like it much. It is after my Godmother, who I really haven't seen since I was 17. I ran into her once in the mall & we talked. I still miss her. Long story. Anthony wanted to named Tara after his Grandmother. Her name was Carmella. She was a really really nice lady, but I just didn't want her to have that as a middle name for the rest of her life. We could have also named her after my really really nice Grandmother Edith too. I never mentioned that to him. So we ended up naming her Tara Rayne. Just because I liked it & thought it sounded nice together. I really wanted to name her Taryn, but he hated it & then wanted to name her Tara Jade, but he also hated Jade & thought it sounded like a stripper name. So I don't know if she'll think Rayne is a cool middle name or hate it & refer to it as just R, like me with just M. I know most people don't even use their middle name, but I think I would if I liked it. Like on Myspace or Facebook. Some people do that. What I'm wondering is do most people hate their middle names too?
