Today we went to our town Easter egg hunt. We usually get there late, but this year we were early. The minute we got out of the car it started flurrying. Ugh. She got lots of eggs this year.

1 Busy Mama
We were so busy yesterday that I wasn't on the computer much & didn't post a blog. I really hate not being able to post a blog. But it was 10:30 when everything got done last night (made hubs lunch, got Tara to bed etc..) & I decided that I needed sleep more. I have some fun reviews/giveaways coming up in April. I'm really excited about that. I also have a fun post that I might start doing soon. Not sure which day of the week I will do it. It's in the works right now.

Ingredients
1 cup ice
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup plain lowfat yogurt
1 banana
1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup coconut water (or other liquid, such as juice)

Directions
1.Place ice and raspberries in the bottom of blender, and all other ingredients on top. Whir until completely smooth. Serve.

Need to start eating healthy
I've been having a hard time eating healthy & not eating sweets & bread lately. This weekend when I went away I ate so many bad things. Breads, dips, cupcakes, brownies, m&m's. I was always so good at having control of what I ate & saying "no". So I'm hoping over the next few months to eat more fruits, make more smoothies & drink more water. It will be hard, but I know I can do it.

Girl's weekend away & St Patty's day
I'm finally getting out for a Girl's weekend away. My 1st 1 in almost 9 years. My friend has a cabin 45 minutes away & we are going to scrapbook. We're all bringing food (I'm bringing muffins & banana bread). 1 of my friends sells Tastefully simple & she's making that stuff & bringing Skinny Girl margaritas. Another 1 is bringing chocolate martini mix. We are going to be eating crappy & drinking too much. It will be fun.
We're going out for St Patty's day to a bar/restaurant & out for breakfast too.

Music on your blog
I went on a blog a little while ago & my daughter said "What is that music"? I said "this girl has music on her blog". She said "She listens to that"? It was some type of rap music. Then she asked why I don't have music on my blog & that I should add some rock n' roll or Shinedown. I told her that I don't want to make other people listen to "my" music if they might not like it. That's how I feel about it. Not sure what other people think. I was on another blog a little while ago & they also had some horrible music. I was thinking that I really like this person's blog, but they have horrible taste in music. I'll still check out these people's blogs, but just turn my volume off.
