I'm home sick with a bad cold today (sniff sniff sneeze), so I figured T & I would make some mini apple pies. She really wasn't too into it, even though she really likes baking. They came out cute, but weren't that great. I don't think I'll make them again.

Cute pies... I make a version of them using refridge biscuts that I flatten out and then seal shut around the filling (lazy girls mini apple pies!)
