Usually in the morning when I get up, after I eat breakfast I do some pilates leg exercises & sit ups. Later in the day I try to do the eliptical. I'm trying to do it twice a week. I also do yoga stretches through out the day. With fibro, you just have to stretch. I've always been the type of person that likes to exercise at home. Now we can get You tube up on our tv & watch exercise people on there. So great. If I worked, I would probably go waking at lunch with some other co-workers. We use to do that at my last job.
