It's a Friday night & I am getting ready for bed. I'm in a lot of pain right now, which is why I thought I would do a fibro update. The past few weeks have been hard. My neck pain is out of control. The left side feels like someone is tugging on a nerve & the left side feels like I'm having a really bad muscle spasm or kink in my neck. I'm thinking of going back to the physical therapist, but I don't know if that really helped much. I might try a different place that is suppose to be good. The weather is finally getting better & we have a lot coming up, so it's hard to think of having fun & traveling when I know I will be in pain & pay for it after. But I want to enjoy life & not let fibro stop me.
