Friday Favorites. 10.29.21

Happy Friday. Linking up with Andrea & Erika.

 1. "Only Murders in the Building". I really like this show. I'm sad that the season is over. I was late watching it & binged it for a while & then caught up for the last 2 episodes. We won't have Hulu after December because they had a covid special. lol. But we'll get it back next Summer/Fall, So I can watch season 2. I never watch Hulu anyway.

 2. More Fall photos. These photos of Tara. She's growing up so much.

3. Cute boots. I just got these boots yesterday at Walmart. I think they are really cute. They seem comfortable too. They have them in different colors.

 4. "The Bachelorette". There's already some shady guys & it's only been on for 2 weeks. Anyone else watching it?

Have a nice weekend. I'm not a coffee drinker, but I know other people are.

Chicken spaghetti recipe

 Chicken spaghetti

                                                                        Ingredients:

- Rotisserie Chicken
- 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
- BIG can of cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups shredded cheddar, plus some for the top
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1 lb spaghetti noodles
- seasoning salt and pepper

I used chicken breast instead of rotisserie chicken & cream of chicken soup instead of cream of mushroom soup.

First you'll want to combine the 2 cups chopped chicken, about 2 cups of cheese, 1/4 cup of onion or so and entire can of cream of mushroom soup in a large bowl.
Sprinkle on some seasoning salt and a few cracks of pepper.
I generally don't measure and it always turns out fine.  You can also add chopped green peppers if you like those but my kids prefer it without so that's how I make it.
Break your spaghetti noodles into halves/thirds and boil them in water with a few splashes of chicken broth until al dente.
When the pasta is cooked you'll drain it and combine it with the other ingredients in the large bowl.  Mix together about 1/2 cup of chicken broth with 1 1/2 cups water and add that in as well.  It will seem soupy but JUST TRUST!
Pour into a 9x13 casserole dish
and then top with more cheese and bake at 350 for about 30-45 minutes or until everything is bubbly and heated through.

Friday Favorites. 10.15.21

Hello Friday again. I've missed you. Linking up with Erika & Andrea.

1. Hard rock cafe sweatshirt. I needed a new zip up hoodie, so I found this 1 online. I'm obsessed with Florida, so I got an Orlando 1. I love it. The rose is embroidered. On the back it says Hard rock cafe & has 2 roses. It's a Christmas present, so I can't have it until Christmas, but had to snap a picture.

2. My cute guy. He always takes great photos.

3.Cherry coke palette by Morphe. I finally got it. It's really pretty. I've only had it a week & have already gotten complements. It's a good price too, $24.

4. B&BW candles. I've been buying Leaves for years. Harvest pomegranate is new to me. I love both of the jars. It was 2 for $20, but I had a 20% off coupon, so they were $16.

5. Free blanket. I love free stuff. It's from T-mobile. They do coupons & sometimes free stuff on Tuesdays on the app.

What I'm reading now-A Frond in Need

I'm really missing Summer so I'm reading a 4th of July book to cheer myself up. This is what the book is about:

A FRIEND INDEED?

It’s Summertime in New Chapel, Indiana, and feisty florist Abby Knight Salvare is up to her neck in work – supervising the construction of her float for the Fourth of July parade, managing her flower shop Bloomers, reigning in her over-eager cousin Jillian, and working with her hunky husband Marco in his private detective business – when her best friend Nikki comes to her with a big problem. Blake Ryder, a handsome, charismatic surgeon at the New Chapel Hospital is a suspect in a murder case, and Nikki is supposed to go away with him for the holiday weekend.

Is Blake being targeted unfairly or has Nikki gotten herself involved with a real life lady-killer? The days are long and humid, the clues are leading in all directions, and the responsibilities are piling up as Independence Day quickly approaches. Abby can’t turn down a friend in need, but can she solve Nikki’s dilemma and handle all her other concerns before the fireworks?
