You can do it! I have worked many years to focus on the positive and although it's hard work every moment of every day - I know you can do it too!HUGS!
That is a wonderful goal. I try to be a positive thinker, but I fail quite a bit.
That sounds like a perfect way to go into this year.
Might help to participate in my Half Full Friday's! I'm a very negative person and I don't like that about myself. When I first started participating, I used to have to write things down as they happened or I wouldn't remember them by the end of the week. When the originator stopped blogging, I asked her if she would mind if I continued with it. She agreed and I've hosted it ever since. The reason I wanted to continue with it is because I wanted to remember that there are good things in my life. Plus it's nice to have a record of those things. When I'm sad or depressed, I can go back and look at those posts and remember that my life isn't always as bad as it might seem.
