I don't know why but I always figured you grew up in a big house. It looks small in comparison to the house next door. Pictures can be deceiving though, as can the outside of a house. Sometimes once you're inside a home, there seems to be much more room than you would have guessed from looking at the exterior.Hope you had a nice visit home.
My mom still lives in my childhood home too. We moved in 1978 when I was three. Now that my dad has passed my mom wants to sell the house and move out here. It will feel so wierd when she does.
It is a cute house!! Glad they are still there. My Mom sold our childhood home. I was so sad:(
Thanks for stopping by my blog today. What a cute house. It looks so cozy and inviting.
Growing up on my side of Lynn, living in a terrace with 12 families, you tend to lose some privacy. Looking at your house looks like a cute little nook (with a second floor, right? -always wanted to live in a house with stairs going to my bedroom, of course now I do...besides the point). It looks nice, with a back yard, right? ...And grass? Wicked nice.
Ahh, that's wonderful! My mom still lives in the same house I grew up in. I hope I can give that same feeling of warmth to my boys in the years to come. (thanks for stopping by my blog, by the way!)
