This is Tara's 1st Christmas ornament. She looks so different.

My friend Renee got me these cat ornaments last year for X-mas. So we're using them for the 1st time this year.

This shoe is a new fave. I got it at Walmart for $1. I love anything glittery.

My Happy List

I'm happy this weekend for a few things. 1st off, we got a lot organized today. This is Tara's play area in the living room. It looks much better. We've been bringing a lot to Goodwill & have lots more to bring.

I went to the library today & got these books. I can't wait to look at them. Not sure when I'll get to sit down & look at them.

We decorated the tree today.

This week is going to be really busy. Tomorrow we are going food shopping, Tuesday the mall, Wednesday gym class, Thursday I will be baking cookies all day & Friday night I have a Yankee swap/cookie swap. Plus I'm calling tomorrow to schedule tours of 2 pre-schools. Hopefully we can do them this week.

Oh, I found the envelopes to the X-mas cards. T put them inside 1 of her cabinets in her bedroom. I would have never found them if we weren't organizing today. I might not have gone in there till Spring.

Pre-school decision

We finally narrowed down our decision for pre-schools. We have 2 that we like. One of them I already did a tour of, but I am calling on Monday to schedule a tour for Anthony & I to do. I'm scheduling a tour of 2 schools for this week. I'm really excited. I can't wait for her to go to school. All of her friends that go already love it. So I'm glad that we decided which ones that we like.

Bad news, I can't find the envelopes that go to the photo X-mas cards that we have. I was organizing some clothes yesterday & T kept grabbing the cards & envelopes. So I have to try to find them. I already mailed out a bunch of them.

December daily (day 1)

We started doing our December calendar today. T pulled off the 1st number.

The 1st thing on our list to do is make a list for Santa.

I'm working on a Christmas countdown calendar, that we will be starting tomorrow. I found the idea on this website. The Crafting Chicks I'm out of ink for my printer (& don't have the $ to get more right now), so I won't be able to print the numbers out. I'm also doing the December daily challege. I started working on an album that I bought. I haven't had the time to work on it at all. Most people decorate it before 12/1, I've just been way too busy. I will be taking a photo (or 2) a day. Most likely I'll take a photo a day & work on the album a little at a time. I'll have to print some photos from one of the drugstores or online. Any suggestions on where the best place is to order photos? I don't need 50 photos & don't want to pay shipping or anything. I'll probably wait till I see a good deal at Walgreens or Rite aid.
