I've been having a hard time eating healthy & not eating sweets & bread lately. This weekend when I went away I ate so many bad things. Breads, dips, cupcakes, brownies, m&m's. I was always so good at having control of what I ate & saying "no". So I'm hoping over the next few months to eat more fruits, make more smoothies & drink more water. It will be hard, but I know I can do it.
