Pirate cannonballs recipe

I got the Picture Me cooking book last Christmas. I decided to start making some new recipes from the book. We made about 4 or 5 of them last year. We made these pirate cannonballs today & they were awesome. We didn't have any powdered sugar because we used it up when we made the cookies for the cookie swap, but they still tasted so good even without that.

CHILDREN'S PIRATE RECIPE

PEANUT BUTTER CANNONBALLS

Ingredients

½ cup Powdered Sugar

1 cup Peanut Butter

1 cup Rice Crispy cereal

¼ cup Coconut

Method

Mix peanut butter with powdered sugar and cereal, roll into balls with your palms and then roll the balls in the coconut (or mini choc chips, sprinkles, crushed graham crackers etc...). Place on wax paper, on a cookie sheet & place in refridgerator for 1 hour.
