At the end of a Long Day, What do you do to relax?


*I usually soak my feet in an epsom salt bath, it has eucalyptus in it & spearmint before bed.
*If it's Fall or Winter, I like to light candles.
*I read books, magazines, color in my coloring book & write letters.
*I like to do a facial mask & make sure that all of my make up is off.
*I try to get off of the computer an hour before I go to bed.
*Sometimes I do some yoga stretches. I'd like to do that more often.

What do you do to relax?
