I always tell my daughter to practice & she will get better at things. Practice makes perfect.. So I've been wanting to get stronger doing yoga poses. Most likely it's going to be a lot harder for me since I have fibromyaglia, but I really want to try it. To be more flexable & see if I can do it, plus maybe feel better & less stress. I love stretching & have been trying to add yoga stretches in throughout the day.
