Nail Files. Week # 95
I wanted to pick a color that matched my new pink hair extension. It says that it's red, but it looks like a hot pink to me. I thought they kind of matched anyway. I have on Sally Hansen Diamond strength, no chip nail color~Ruby Ring. I'm having a hardtime reading it, but I think that is what it says

Clear Change Cleanse
Today I met with my nutritionist & I will be starting a cleanse. Today was day 1. It will be a 10 day challenge. I looked through the menu/meal list & it's mostly fish, beans & veggies. I'm not big on fish or veggies. This isn't going to be easy, but I've been having stomach problems for a long time & no energy. So I am kind of excited. I have a few friends doing other cleanses & they have more energy & lost weight. So here's to feeling better & facing a little challenge.

October Goals
I'm a bit late this month posting my goals. I'm a bit behind in things lately.
1. Do 1 smashbook page a week
2. Don't buy anymore nail polish until the end of the month
3. Find more Gluten free recipes
4. Do a 10 day Clear challenge (a cleanse)
5. Go pumpkin picking
Keeping it short this month. We have a busy month ahead & I haven't been feeling great.
