Friday Favorites

It's Friday again. We are going to the beach later today. It's will be nice & relaxing. Have a nice weekend.

Earrings. I got some smokey quartz earrings from TJ Maxx. I kept looking at them & wanting them, but I don't like gold. I gave in & bought them. I've been wearing them every day.

Crystal Book. I've loved crystals since 1989. I have a really old book with not many crystals in it. I saw this at TJ Maxx & decided that I had to have it.

Mug. I got this mug at Target. I love it. Anything with plants or plant lady etc... I'm afraid to use it because I'll probably break it.

Cute cat. Our cat Bianco was in a recycle bag yesterday. I thought he looked really cute.

Happy National Lipstick Day

These are some of my fave lipsticks.

This Rimmel lipstick is 1 of my faves because it is almost the same color of my natural lips. It's just a little darker. I actually need to get a new 1. I'm running low on it. I went through 2 of them so far.
Rimmel London Kate Moss. #104.

 Maybelline-Touch of spice.

Lorac Alter ego-Duchess.

Weekend

The weekend was quiet with A & T away. I went to Target on Friday & Kohls & TJ Maxx today. I ordered a pizza 1 night. Watched a lot of You tube & HGTV. I never did end up doing any crafts. It was nice though. I tried on some old clothes that doesn't fit & I'm going to donate it. I wrote some letters & took care of the garden. I also sold a few things on Poshmark. My username on there is Kimberleah28.

I wore my new sunflower mask to Kohls yesterday. It's really cute, but it's a little big.

I got a pair of new Nike's. I ordered them online & picked them up. I'm not sure about them yet because I have a bad foot. I tried them on yesterday after I walked around for a few hours. So I'll try them tomorrow.

Friday Favorites

Happy Friday. I feel like things have finally calmed down around here. It was a crazy month with lots of strange happenings. I think things are finally back to normal.

1. Car accessories-I got these pretty car seat covers the other day. I have black 1s with purple & pink butterflies on them, but they are in bad shape. They are kind of shredded & torn. I couldn't find the same 1s.

2. Skin care-Milani Rose, prep & brighten oil. It has rose hip oil in it & I've been wanting to try that. I've heard that it's really good for acne scars.

3. Birthdays-Celebrating Tara's 13th birthday on Tuesday was fun. Eating out at a bar & grill outside. Such a nice night too. Her friend took the picture. It's really far away, but I wanted a pic of the sign too.

4. Garden-I picked a tomato & a strawberry this week. I put the tomato in my salad yesterday. It was so good. I wish I had more. Not yet.

Have a nice weekend. Hubs & T are away camping, so I have the house to myself. I'm going to do some crafting.

What I'm reading now

I started this book a few days ago & I like it already.

Turner Construction's latest restoration project is a historic Queen Anne Victorian in San Francisco. This time general contractor Mel Turner has to work around the owners who insist on sticking around-along with some ghosts that insist in their own way that the work stops...

But the ghosts aren't the only ones standing in the way of the renovations. A crotchety neighbor, Emile Blunt, secretly wants this house and could be behind some of the disturbances. But when Emile is found dead, it's Mel who appears guilty. Now she must restore the building-and her reputation-before it's too late.
