This month I want to try to focus on self care & catching up on things that I got behind on & organizing more.
1. Drink more water.
2. Drink less soda (I did really good drinking less in October).
3. Use more face masks.
4. Do some sort of exercise (pilates, yoga or eliptical). The days have been real busy the past few weeks & I feel like I just run around all the time, but I'm not taking time to actually do pilates or do some stretches.
5. Do more meal planning each week on Sunday night.
6. Get more scrapbook pages done & do more crafty things.
