I'm so glad that October is over. It dragged & it was a really rough month. I'm hoping the Fall/Winter months fly by. Then we can be back to nice weather. The leaves are changing colors & it's getting cooler.
1. More exercise (Just found out that my cholesterol is high).
2. Cut down on soda.
3. More me time.
4. More self care.
5. Drink more water.
6. Do more crafting.
7. Get together with a friend for tea or crafting.
