*"Say no" more. Since I have fibromyalgia & chronic fatigue I over-do things a lot. I push myself & then feel worse the next day or next few days. So I want to "say no" more this month. For my own health.
*Do a blog post every day in August. I always tried to do a post everyday, but lately I've found myself getting busy & not getting to post. So I'm going to work on that.
*Do a weekly meal plan. (I didn't do it for July).
*Do 5 scrapbook pages. (I didn't do that in July).
*Post 2 You tube videos a week.
Keeping it short again this month. What are your goals for August?
