Aloha Friday

In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that we take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So I thought that on Fridays I would take it easy on posting, too. Therefore, I’ll ask a simple question for you to answer. Nothing that requires a lengthy response.
My question: What is your fave mascara? I'm mostly asking because I'm trying to find 1 that I really like. I like Rimmel Sexy curves, that I'm using right now. But I think I want to try Covergirl Lash blast.

Scalloped potatoes
My hubby got this recipe from 1 of his co-workers & made it on Sunday. Yes, he cooks & is really good at it. I didn't get any pics of it. It's so good.
Scalloped potatoes
6 tbls. butter
1/2 tsp, salt
4 cups, half & half
1 large onion
3 tbls, corn starch
1/2 tsp, pepper
2 lbs potatoes
Slice potatoes & onions about 1/4 inch thick. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease with butter a 9x13 pan. Reserve 1 cup of half & half & mix with corn starch & set aside. Melt butter in a 3 qrt sauce pan. Remove from heat. Stir in salt & pepper & 3 cups of half & half. Slowly bring to a bowl, then add the corn starch mixture. Stir & boil for about 30 seconds. Remove from heat. Layer pan with 1/2 of the potatoes & 1/2 of the onions & 1/2 of the sauce. Then sprinkle with grated cheese. Then repeat with another layer of potatoes, onions, sauce & cheese. Bake for 1 hour or until golden brown.

So behind
I feel like I am so behind in everything. I keep saving blogs & websites to my faves & I have about 100 new 1s that I've added in the past month or 2. I really need to organize again. I'm also behind in leaving comments on blogs. I'm hoping to catch up on everything the next few weeks. I've even been staying up late to get things done & I can't seem to catch up.

Rachael Ray cookware
Lately I've been noticing the cookware that Rachael Ray has been using on her tv show. There was nothing on the tv in my office (I only get 12 channels) tonight, so I put on QVC & the Value of the day was her stoneware. So we ordered it for X-mas. It's our pressie to each other. I ordered it in green. I'm looking forward to cooking in these.
