Do you read in bed?

I read in bed every night. I'm heading in there in a few minutes. What books are you all reading? I'm finishing up my book tonight & hoping to start another 1 tomorrow night. I've been reading the same book since March.

What is your fave accessory right now?

I like my silver Alex & Ani bracelet & some other bead/stone bracelets that I have, I have a new headband that I got from hippy Runner that is really cute.I love headbands & scarves too.  I would love to make my own jewelry. Something different & unique. Crystals & stones. What is your fave accessory?

This week I had on this pretty dark red. It's an OPI mini, so no name. I wish they would put names on  the minis.

Fibro update

So things have been so/so. School vacation & kids being home bothering Moms with fibro, who only want to rest or get done the things on their to-do list, but they never all seem to get done. My feet hurt so bad. I'm not sure how much longer I'll be able to stand, walk & drive. I am going to my physical therapist next Friday. Hopefully she can do something that will help my ankles or show me something to do to make it better.I do yoga stretches throughout the day. I do circles with my ankles & use a tennis ball for the planter fasciitis. I got a new tumeric cream from a girl I know. It seems okay. Lots going on getting ready for Tara's birthday party, she has 2 parties coming up, some Summer camps & dance camp. Keeping us busy. Just need to fit some rest & naps in.

Waiting for the fireworks. These were the 2nd fireworks that we saw. Our town fireworks were last Thursday. Way early.

New England Minute~Hampton Beach

They had sand sculptures. They were set up in June & still looking pretty good. But vandals destroyed about 3 or 4 of them. That's so sad. The people put so much work into it.

She did a bungee thing. She looked so happy. I'm proud of her when she does stuff like this. She's done so many things that I would never do as a kid.

We ate lunch outside.I had an awesome haddock sandwich & a yummy sangria.

How do you stay in touch with long distance friends & family?

*I keep in touch with friends & family that don't live nearby through e mail.
*I text a few of them, but I have an old fashioned flip phone, so I don't use that, I can text from my  ipod touch if I'm near wi-fi & they have an iphone.
*Letters & note cards. I love to write & get Happy mail.
*Definitely not by phone. haha. I haven't been a phone person since I was like 15. I cringe when the phone rings.
*Facetime too. It was nice when Anthony was away to be able to see him, all the way in Malaysia. I hate being on video, so I'm trying to get use to being on video. I've been trying to do little videos on Snapchat.

Nail Files. Week # 263

This week I wanted something bright on my nails. I wore Salon Perfect ~Tropicool Punch & OPI~Show us Your Tips. Both are very pretty. This is my other hand, haha. I do have a right hand. I usually post pics of my left hand.
