Pepper chicken salad
Last week when we did Kids in the kitchen, Jennifer, the Pampered chef lady made chicken salad & served it in green bell peppers.
It tasted so good together. We had them tonight for dinner. I guess you could cut the peppers up & mix it up in the chicken salad too. I also added Tastefully simple's season salt. Yummo.
Looks good! I just picked some peppers from my garden and need something to do with them quickly. I might do this or stuffed bells.
