Happy Birthday Tara Rayne

Today Tara is officially 3 years old. She's changed so much. She was born with a full head of black hair. Her hair has lightened a lot & has a bit of a reddish tint.

    I swear that it doesn't feel that long ago when "the gang" visited you at the hospital the morning after she was born!
