injured

Today I was getting out of the shower & T's shampoo bottle fell on my foot. It hurt so bad & still does. I couldn't really get a good pic of it. If you look on the right side, sort of in the middle you can see the blue/purple bruise. It's blue with purple specks. It hurts to stand on it. Only I would get injured by a shampoo bottle. So I'm still going shopping tomorrow & hoping my boots don't hurt it too much.

    I did something similar once and was informed by a kind nurse that it's a fairly common household injury.

    Hope it feels better quick!

    It's light but I can kinda see it.

    I've been hurt by falling shampoo bottles too. Painful!
