1 of my old friends found me last week. She sent a note to my parent's house asking for my e mail & phone #. I've known her since 1985 & hadn't talked to her for 4 or 5 years. I called her yesterday & we talked for an hr & 1/2. I'm hoping we can get together in person real soon. I love finding old friends. It's so much fun.
I've recently reconnected with some friends from sixth grade. And my teacher, who happened to be the best teacher I had. It really is so fun!

This is precisely why I'm on Facebook. I've lived all over and its a great way to keep in touch with friends. Its so wonderful when you can reconnect with someone after a long time and pick up where you left off. Those are the moments that make writing all those Christmas cards each year worth it.
